Captain Heiko Felderhoff — Founder
Captain
Heiko Felderhoff brings over 30 years of international maritime
experience, with a professional background spanning ship ownership,
offshore operations, and project logistics. His career includes
extensive involvement in complex maritime projects across global
markets, requiring innovative planning, operational control, and
precise execution.
He
has been actively engaged in Jamaica for decades through Caribbean
Feeder Service (CFS) and the development of GSRJ Shipyard. This
includes leadership of major infrastructure and logistics
initiatives, such as the delivery of the shipyard’s floating dock
from Germany to Kingston using HF’s own tug, Titan.
His long‑standing presence in the region underpins HF
Offshore’s strong local expertise and operational credibility.
Dr.
Birte Timm has over 20 years of professional experience in Jamaica
and plays a central role in the strategic and operational direction
of HF Caribbean Logistics. She has been closely involved in the
development of GSRJ Shipyard since its inception and has worked
extensively across maritime, industrial, and academic sectors in the
region.
Combining
strategic leadership with hands‑on operational oversight, she
brings a strong understanding of local business, regulatory
frameworks, and stakeholder environments. Her approach ensures
continuity, clarity, and effective execution.
